Bearly A Memory Store Policies
Our Permanent Store Special:
Bearly A Memory offers free ground shipping to the lower 48 states
on orders of $99.00 and more and reduced shipping rates worldwide
on
Steiff orders.
Pre-Orders on items not yet in stock:
Bearly A Memory will charge a 20% deposit on all pre-orders or non-stocked items.
Upon arrival of the items the balance will be charged and the item will be shipped.
Layaway Plans:
Our layaway policy requires a 20% down payment,
after which customers can pay at monthly intervals until the items are paid in full.
Under the layaway plan, items will not ship until paid in full. Items can not remain in layaway longer than six months.
Return Policy:
We have a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your selection,
you must call us within 5 days of the receipt of the item to request a return authorization.
You will be responsible to ship and insure the item to be returned.
Items returned without return authorization will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all paperwork and packaging.
Upon inspection of returned merchandise a store credit will be issued for
the amount
of the item purchased.
Original shipping charges will not be credited.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a standard 10% fee on cancelled orders. This fee can be used towards
a future purchase from Bearly A Memory.
Payment Options:
Bearly A Memory accepts most major credit cards, Pay Pal, bank money orders and checks.
Personal checks must clear our bank before merchandise will ship,
this usually takes 7-10 business days.
A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. |
